- Sending you regular claimant progress reports to provide health status notes, frequency and duration of equipment use, amount of pain relief, types of medications being taken and overall claimant satisfaction

- No automatic dispensing of supplies – all supply orders must be verified before shipment
- Comparing equipment use with supply order to ensure supplies are not being abused
