Modern Medical has a team of representatives devoted to claimant care and satisfaction. Our Electrotherapy staff is designed to keep tabs on your claimants’ progress, maintain supplies, educate claimants on equipment use and retrieve customer-owned equipment to be banked.

  • Sending you regular claimant progress reports to provide health status notes, frequency and duration of equipment use, amount of pain relief, types of medications being taken and overall claimant satisfaction [See Example]
  • Continuing claimant education to achieve maximum benefit from the equipment
  • No automatic dispensing of supplies – all supply orders must be verified before shipment
  • Comparing equipment use with supply order to ensure supplies are not being abused
  • Careful tracking of customer-owned equipment to determine when it can be retrieved, refurbished and ready to use again
